i.e. C5 should appear in same place on circle regardless of .lay and of which channels removed prior to plotting. Test behaviour if TP9/10 and FT 9/10 removed first prior to plotting for both .lay files. Test multiplot* functions too. Look at .mat files with circle-mask included as well as chanpos

For a given .lay file, the locations are consistent regardless of which subset of channels are remaining for plotting. For now, use EEG1010.lay for the Brain Products MR compatible cap, for most consistency with the standard layout. (Although it was noted to be slightly different than the same subset of channels plotted with EEG1005.lay). Longer-term solution is via bug 890.
