Hi Lilla, could you check the help and report back whether it is improved? Thanks.

One of the best function helps that I have met sofar :) I have only some little points (may some are just from my misunderstanding): 1. "cfg.output = 'tpm' (default), 'brain', 'skull', 'skullstrip', 'scalp', or any combination of these in a cell-array" This is not totally true, because you can't combine 'tpm' with 'skullstrip' because it does not make sense it says (because i tried it :) 2. "cfg.output = 'skullstrip'; segment = ft_volumesegment(cfg, mri) will generate a skullstripped anatomy based" I do not understand the sentence (why is it not just "skullstripped anatomy" without the word "based"?) I think it will be even more understandable if you also specify the output fields at the examples: that cfg. output = 'skullstrip' segment = ft_volumesegment(cfg, mri) will create a skullstripped anatomy in segment.anatomy and cfg. output = 'brain' will create .... in segment.brain 2. "cfg.output = 'tpm' (default), 'brain', 'skull', 'skullstrip', 'scalp', or any combination of these in a cell-array" This is not totally true, because you can't combine 'tpm' with 'skullstrip' because it does not make sense it says (because i tried it :) 3. "cfg.output = 'skullstrip'; segment = ft_volumesegment(cfg, mri) will generate a skullstripped anatomy based" I do not understand the sentence (why is it not just "skullstripped anatomy" without the word "based"?)
