at line 318 it does elseif ft_senstype(input, 'yokogawa') && islabel % the yokogawa channel labels are a mess, so autodetection is not possible type(1:end) = {'meg'}; whereas here it could use the channel prefix (AG, TRIG) for a better detection of the type of each channel.

ft_chantype.m is updated as suggested. Detection should now work and I think the bug can be closed.

Detection works for most Yokogawa systems, only an experimental animal system is not detected. But this appears to obscure to support if fully.
