The function, ft_timelockanalysis can compute not only averages but also a noise-covariance matrix. It is not clear, however, which options should be used for the noise-covariance estimations, and using those options how the noise-covariance is estimated. It needs perhaps a better documentation. I have wrote further information about this problem at Please, look at that site too. Lilla
