Clicking on MRI/CT slices and on head surfaces is done both for identifying fiducials/landmarks and for identifying electrodes. Hence - ft_volumerealign - ft_meshrealign - ft_electrodeplacement could all use the same underlying functionality for this purpose. This would best be implemented in one or two (for ortho and surface) private functions.
