.zlim option: 'zeromin' (in documentation) is 'minzero' in the code. discovered in UK FT toolkit. check other plotting functions as well.

Jim Herring - 2014-09-18 13:42:29 +0200

I think I did this, it should be 'minzero'. I'll change the documentation.

Jim Herring - 2014-09-18 13:47:19 +0200

Actually, it is correct in the documentation of the function itself (help/doc ft_multiplotTFR). It is the reference page on the wiki that has not been updated since June: reference/ft_multiplottfr.txt · Last modified: 2014/06/23 09:36 (external edit) I'm guessing the routine that updates the reference pages has failed again. I'll CC Robert on this one.

(In reply to Jim Herring from comment #2) the cronjob is running file (last 17 Sept), but the upload might fail. I'll start it manually and see what is going on.... al seems to be running fine, and the page is also being updated to reference/ft_multiplottfr.txt · Last modified: 2014/09/18 15:00 (external edit) external edit is correct, it refers to the file being changes outside of dokuwiki. Let's keep this bug open for now, and check again in a few days. The timestamp in the comment on the bottom of the page should be updated every evening.

This has been fixed as of revision 9748

OK, I just self-assigned it from the e-mail I got without checking whether actually people already have jumped on it. I guess that Jim volunteered to solve this, so I happily hand back the responsibility to him.

It seems that the reference pages were last updated in September last year as well: reference/ft_preprocessing.txt · Last modified: 2014/09/18 13:00 (external edit)
