Just got this error (at the same point in the code) twice in a row, causing Matlab to crash. I think it's due to nanmean.mexa64, judging from the stack trace. I was running matlab through torque interactive, by the way; don't know if that matters. The first crash was when the execution host was dccn-c011, the second crash was on execution host dccn-c005. For now, working around it by doing in my FT directory find ./ -iname "nan*.mexa64" -exec rm {} \; and relying on the fallback m-files.
