I don't expect a shift in the topoplots, as their location is determined, IIRC, by using the layout of the plotted data (something like opt.plotlay), instead of their own layout (something like topolay). The something-like-plotlay of course originated from the layout of the data, being modified slightly in the function somewhere around the plotting of the vectors/labels/etc. Have a look in the code there.

Checked with CTF275 data, works fine.
