In some cases prepare_neighbours adds non-EEG (MEG) channels (e.g. Status & COMT) to the outputted neighbours field. Adding cfg.channels (selecting those channels where you want the channels to use as possible neigbours) should fix it. Also, it would be good to have a warning when no neighbour is found.
